Job summary

Harita Techserv is seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to translate business requirements into technical specifications and create robust user stories. You will configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and HRSD while collaborating with global teams to ensure consistency and high-quality delivery.

You will work with Workflow Studio, REST API integrations, and Glide Scripting in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• CSA certification is mandatory.
• Strong experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD.
• Experience with Workflow Studio (No-Code Development).
• REST API integrations experience.
• JavaScript and Glide Scripting knowledge.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with Performance Analytics.
• Experience with ATF.
• ServiceNow Vancouver release experience.
• Xanadu release knowledge is aPlus.
• Additional ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications are advantageous.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Shift - 3PM to 12 AM

Responsibilities

• Follow development best practices, governance, and coding standards.
• Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies and report progress.
• Document technical solutions, configurations, and implementation steps.
• Collaborate with global teams for consistency and high-quality delivery.

• Perform testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure solution quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues and customizations.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices, governance, and coding standards.
• Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies and provide regular progress updates.
• Document technical solutions, configurations, and implementation processes.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and high-quality delivery.

• Experience working on the Xanadu release is highly preferred.
