Job summary

Mangalayatan University is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to lead and execute strategies that boost website visibility, organic traffic, and qualified leads. The role focuses on technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, and performance analytics.

You will collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketers to implement recommendations, monitor results in GA4 and Search Console, and drive data-driven improvements across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Optimize website pages, landing pages, blogs, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking.
• Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawling, indexing, website speed, and Core Web Vitals issues.
• Manage off-page SEO activities, including quality link building and backlink profile analysis.
• Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, impressions, clicks, and conversions.
• Analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Work with content writers, web developers, and digital marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve website structure, content quality, and organic search performance.
• Develop strategies for content optimization, featured snippets, and search engine result page (SERP) visibility.
• Track Google algorithm updates and implement necessary SEO improvements.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend data-driven optimization strategies.
• Manage multiple SEO projects and ensure timely execution of planned activities.
