Job summary

RAHANE AI TECH LIMITED is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to spearhead keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and analytics-driven optimization. You will coordinate with developers and content teams to improve site health and search rankings.

The role requires 3-5 years in SEO/SEM, proficiency with analytics tools, and strong communication skills. Prior HTML/CSS basics knowledge is a plus. On-site work in Sector 10, India, with opportunities to lead local SEO initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant SEO and SEM techniques experience mandatory.
• Knowledge of key SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and white-hat SEO practices.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
• Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Execute off-page SEO activities such as link building, outreach, and guest posting.
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics, keyword rankings, and SEO performance.
• Optimize website structure, meta tags, headings, image alt text, internal linking, and URL structure.
• Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to fix crawl errors, indexing issues, and website performance.
• Build quality backlinks through white-hat link building techniques.
• Track and report on performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Optimize website layout and navigation to enhance user experience and SEO impact.
• Create and manage local SEO strategies to improve visibility in local search results.
• Collaborate with the paid ads team to align SEO efforts with Google Ad campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in new content.
• Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
• Monitor competitors and industry changes to ensure the company's SEO strategy remains effective.
• Prepare and present performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Gemini for content creation and workflow optimisation.
