Job summary

Ethereal IT Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to develop and execute robust SEO strategies across multiple websites. You will conduct keyword research, analyze search intent, monitor performance, and coordinate with content and dev teams to implement improvements.

The role demands strong on-page, off-page, and technical SEO skills, proficiency with Google Analytics/GA4 and Search Console, and the ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of practical SEO experience.
• Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
• Experience in Keyword Research, Search Intent, Competitor Analysis, and Keyword Mapping.
• Experience in Link Building and Backlink Analysis.
• Knowledge of SEO Audits and Technical SEO implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics/GA4.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
• Good written English proficiency.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Graduation is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for multiple websites/projects.
• Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, competitor analysis, and keyword mapping.
• Perform On-Page SEO including meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, content optimization, internal linking, and image optimization.
• Plan and execute Off-Page SEO and link-building activities.
• Analyse backlink profiles and identify relevant link-building opportunities.
• Conduct Technical SEO audits and identify issues related to crawling, indexing, sitemap, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, and website structure.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, impressions, CTR, and other SEO performance metrics.
• Use Google Search Console and Google Analytics/GA4 for website performance analysis.
• Identify content gaps and provide SEO recommendations for new and existing content.
• Prepare SEO reports and provide actionable insights based on performance data.
• Identify SEO issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams for SEO implementation.
• Manage multiple SEO projects and ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and best practices.
• Guide junior SEO team members whenever required.
