Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in Bengaluru, India is seeking an experienced SAP BA/Consultant to translate business needs into robust SAP solutions.

You will support the full lifecycle from requirements gathering and design to change requests, testing, and hypercare, while leveraging SAP configuration knowledge. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of SAP experience including business analysis responsibilities and is comfortable communicating in English.

Qualifications

• SAP FICO and S/4HANA experience required.
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Experience across full implementation lifecycle: requirements, design, change requests, testing, hypercare.
• Proactive, independent, and able to propose SAP solutions.
• Excellent English communication.
• 8+ years of SAP experience including BA responsibilities.
• Hands-on Brownfield S/4HANA migrations (optional).
• Professionalism: plan deliverables, communicate timelines, inform delays immediately.
