Job summary

Yamaha Motor Solutions in India seeks an experienced SAP FICO / S/4HANA Finance Consultant to lead finance processes design and delivery. You will work with business and technical teams to implement SAP solutions across GL, AP, AR, and Bank Accounting, including Universal Journal and Asset Accounting, and manage end-to-end project activities from design through go-live.

The role requires hands-on configuration, testing, UAT, and the ability to translate requirements into FS and test scripts,

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO / SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Strong functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Bank Accounting, Universal Journal/ACDOCA, Asset Accounting, Financial Closing and Reporting.
• Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including Go-live, Cutover and Hypercare.
• Good experience in functional design, integration testing and UAT.
• Experience in preparing/reviewing Functional Specifications and testing scripts.
• Understanding of RICEF and ability to work with ABAP/technical teams.
• Strong requirement-gathering, documentation, analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Team-handling/team-coordination experience will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Work on SAP S/4HANA Finance areas including GL, AP, AR, Bank Accounting, Universal Journal/ACDOCA, Asset Accounting, Financial Closing and Reporting.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP Finance solutions.
• Participate in end-to-end solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Prepare and review Functional Specifications (FS), process documentation, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Work with RICEF objects Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows from a functional perspective.
• Coordinate with ABAP and technical teams for development and integration activities.
• Support integration with other SAP modules and business processes.
• Participate in cutover planning, Go-live and Hypercare support.
• Analyze business issues and provide appropriate SAP Finance solutions.
• Interact with business users, process owners, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct user demos/knowledge-sharing sessions and coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery.

Role Overview
