Job summary

ITHR 360° CONSULTING FZE seeks an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong SAP S/4HANA expertise to lead end-to-end implementations and provide post-go-live support. The ideal candidate has a track record of multiple S/4HANA projects and deep knowledge of finance and controlling processes.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, design configurations, and ensure successful integration with MM, SD, PP, and HR, including data migration and UAT.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on SAP FICO experience.
• Experience in at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations and 1 support project.
• Strong understanding of finance and controlling processes and SAP best practices.
• Experience with S/4HANA Finance simplifications, Universal Journal, and Central Finance (preferred).
• Ability to handle configuration, functional design, and integration testing independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations including requirement gathering, process mapping, design, configuration, testing and go-live support.
• Handle FI/CO modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center/Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders and Product Costing.
• Work on integration points between FICO and MM, SD, PP and HR.
• Configure and support S/4HANA Finance functionalities such as New GL, Document Splitting, Parallel Ledgers and Universal Journal.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting and production issue resolution.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of at least two end-to-end S/4HANA implementation projects and one support engagement, demonstrating deep understanding of finance and controlling business processes and SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, including requirement gathering, business process mapping, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Handle Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
• Work on integration points between FICO and other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, and HR).
• Configure and support S/4HANA Finance functionalities, including New GL, Document Splitting, Parallel Ledgers, and Universal Journal.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) with business users.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in production environments.
• Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, reports, interfaces, and custom developments.
• Support data migration, cutover activities, and training documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience.
• Experience in at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementation projects and 1 support project.
• Strong understanding of finance and controlling business processes and SAP best practices.
• Experience with S/4HANA Finance simplifications, Universal Journal, and Central Finance (preferred).
• Ability to handle configuration, functional design, and integration testing independently.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Exposure to cross-functional integration and data migration tools (LTMC, BODS, etc.).

Good to Have:

• SAP Certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance.
• Experience in Fiori apps and S/4HANA embedded analytics.
• Knowledge of localization and tax configurations.
• Experience in global template rollouts and multi-country implementations.
