Job description

Responsibilities

• Minimum 2 years of experience in S4Hana implementation.
• High level of expertise on SAP FICO module.
• On‑demand support to Global Business Process and Operational Divisions Teams, and partners responsible for administration of data centers (database administration, upgrades, performance).
• Proficient and well versed in working in S4 HANA system for Client Journey.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA functional specifications across modules such as MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, QM, PM.
• Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA modules to align with business processes and client standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration between modules and third‑party systems.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide end‑user training and create functional documentation and SOPs.
• Accountable for solution issues escalated to the Global Support team – ensuring tickets are properly responded to, fixed, tested, and followed up until closure per defined process; support is functional (analysis, feedback, recommendation).
• Analyze content of releases in the area and recommend best organization for testing.
• Liaise with regional/local support teams and testing factory to ensure the release validation process is performed correctly.
• Analyze, challenge, validate recommendations and actions in the area.
• Liaise with Global Data Excellence and Business Process Leaders regarding problem solving and enhancement.
• Support deployments (scoping, design, localization, testing, GoLive, transition to AM).
• Have SAP and functional knowledge of Financial and Controlling processes.
• Experience in financial month‑end activity, financial closing cockpit (task template, task list) and intercompany reconciliation process.
• Project experience including preparation, synchronization, conversion, post‑processing, table mapping for HANA, comprehensive knowledge of BP roles and functionality of S4 HANA Finance.
• Knowledge in Fiori Apps, Fiori Launchpad, Fiori Launchpad Designer configuration & feature, and Fiori application types.
• Experience leading and validating cutover activities.
• Exposure to integration with other modules such as MM, SD, PS.
• Strong understanding of SAP functional processes, technical background (customizing, environment, transport orders), different stages of projects (run, deployments, testing).
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Must have SAP S/4HANA work experience.

Qualifications

• 2–12 years of experience in SAP FICO module.
• 8+ years of SAP consulting experience with complex and multiple projects (core template design/build/validation, roll‑out and support) in SAP FI and CO.
• Hands‑on experience in areas such as FI (G/L, AP, AR, Treasury, Assets, Closing and Reporting), CO, AP, AR, AA, PS, PA, New GL.
• Experience with General Ledger (FI‑GL), Controlling (CO), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA), Project Systems (PS), Profitability Analysis (PA), New GL.
• Experience with financial month‑end activity, Financial Closing Cockpit and intercompany reconciliation.
• Project experience covering preparation, synchronization, conversion, post‑processing, table mapping for HANA, BP roles and functionality of S4 HANA Finance.
• Knowledge of Fiori apps and related components.
• Experience in leading and validating cutover activities.
• Exposure to integration with modules such as MM, SD, PS.
• Strong knowledge of SAP functional processes and technical background, including customization, environment, transport orders.
• Understanding of project management skills (planning, follow‑up, team work, multi‑team interaction).
• Must have SAP S/4 HANA work experience.
