LPL Financials in Hyderabad, India seeks a Senior Salesforce QA Engineer to ensure quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce solutions across FSC, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. You will lead test strategy, automation with Playwright/TypeScript, and API validation.

Join a fast-paced CRM Technology team, driving shift-left testing, continuous improvement, and collaboration with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver robust Salesforce solutions.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Test Automation, or Quality Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience testing Salesforce applications and platforms.
• Good experience with functional, API, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, TypeScript/JavaScript, Selenium, or similar automation frameworks.
• Excellent programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks and CI/CD-integrated test suites.

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce QA Engineer to join our CRM Technology team. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, performance, and scalability of enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud & Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Salesforce testing, test automation, API and integration validation, Agile delivery, release certification, and quality engineering best practices. This individual will act as a quality champion, driving automation, shift-left testing, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating closely with product, business, architecture, and engineering teams.

Requirements
