Job summary

Qualys, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Senior Quality Assurance Engineer in Pune to join a dynamic team testing web, portal, and Salesforce platforms.

The role focuses on ensuring high-quality Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, and CPQ Clouds, with both manual and automated testing strategies. You will design, develop, and maintain automated test suites, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of QA experience
• Knowledge of API testing
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver or Playwright for Salesforce applications and integrations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage cross-functional stakeholders and end users
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain clear, reusable test cases, test scripts, and supporting documentation.
• Analyze business and technical requirements, providing actionable feedback on specifications, design, and integration flows.
• Execute and evaluate manual and automated test results, ensuring defects are logged, tracked, and resolved in collaboration with development teams.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product owners, and project managers to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and drive resolution of software defects across Salesforce and connected applications.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and process improvement.
• Actively engage in Agile ceremonies and support cross-functional collaboration to drive efficient project delivery.
• Stay current with evolving test automation tools, Salesforce release updates, and industry best practices.
