Job summary

V2 Solutions is seeking a Senior Salesforce, Agentforce and MuleSoft Engineer to design, develop, and integrate AI-powered CRM solutions. You will lead MuleSoft API-led integrations and build autonomous Agentforce agents across Salesforce Clouds, delivering scalable architectures.

You will mentor juniors, refine prompts, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust workflows and solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• 3+ years of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform experience.
• Proven experience building or configuring Agentforce agents (Topics, Actions).
• Strong DataWeave transformation skills for complex data.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and RAG concepts.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth 2.0, and security
• Familiarity with Einstein Trust Layer and AI governance principles.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce, Agentforce and MuleSoft Engineer to design, develop, and integrate enterprise-grade, AI-powered CRM solutions. This role sits at the intersection of AI automation, Salesforce customization, and enterprise integration , requiring expertise in building intelligent workflows and scalable architectures. The ideal candidate will lead the implementation of autonomous Agentforce agents , architect API-led integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform , and deliver robust Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud .

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy autonomous Agentforce agents using Agent Builder, Topics, and Actions
• Develop and manage MuleSoft Anypoint APIs to enable seamless integration between Salesforce and external systems
• Build and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and SOQL/SOSL
• Integrate Agentforce with MuleSoft to expose external services as agent-driven actions
• Configure Einstein Trust Layer , including guardrails, prompt templates, and Data Cloud grounding
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using Salesforce Knowledge and Data Cloud
• Design and implement DataWeave transformations and API-led connectivity architectures (experience, process, system layers)
• Monitor and optimize agent performance, refine prompts, and minimize hallucination risks
• Conduct code reviews, establish best practices, and mentor junior team members
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Agentforce workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL)
• 3+ years of experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Anypoint Studio, CloudHub, API Manager)
• Proven experience building or configuring Agentforce agents (Topics, Actions, Prompt Builder)
• Strong expertise in DataWeave for complex data transformation
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and RAG/grounding concepts
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth 2.0 , and enterprise security frameworks
• Familiarity with Einstein Trust Layer and AI governance principles
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and CI/CD practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agentforce Testing Center and utterance testing via CSV
• Understanding of Atlas Reasoning Engine and prompt optimization techniques
• Exposure to MuleSoft RPA or Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
• Familiarity with OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors)
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado
• Knowledge of Heroku or external LLM integrations via APIs
• Background in Einstein GPT, Copilot, or Prompt Engineering
• Experience deploying multi-lingual Agentforce solutions
