Role
Senior Salesforce Developer on ICE’s global CRM Development team, responsible for designing, building, and supporting Salesforce applications that power prospect-to-cash and service delivery across multiple business units. The role emphasizes AI-first development, Data Cloud architecture, Agentforce autonomous agents, and production-ready integrations and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and support Salesforce applications using modern best practices and AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Claude Code, SF Vibes, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
- Architect and implement Data Cloud solutions including data ingestion, identity resolution, data model design, calculated insights, and activation for real-time personalization.
- Build, configure, and optimize Agentforce agents: define topics, actions, guardrails, and integrate agents with Salesforce data and external APIs.
- Design and deploy generative AI features using Prompt Builder and custom Agentforce actions grounded in Data Cloud for production reliability.
- Partner with Sales and Service stakeholders to translate business requirements into shipped features; manage full lifecycle from specification through QA, UAT, and deployment.
- Apply Salesforce architecture expertise to validate AI-assisted outputs and maintain platform integrity, documentation, and development standards.
- Lead and participate in knowledge-sharing, maintain certifications and Trailhead progress, and document technical decisions.
Requirements
- 6+ years developing on the Salesforce platform with deep hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Aura.
- Solid command of Lightning Flows, batch processing, trigger design patterns, and governor limits.
- Experience configuring and developing on Experience Cloud.
- Working knowledge of SDLC practices and modern deployment tooling (Git, Copado, or DevOps Center).
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; Platform Developer I & II strongly preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce agents, Prompt Builder, and grounding generative features in Data Cloud.
- Familiarity with Einstein Trust Layer, responsible AI guardrails, data masking, and toxicity filters.
- Experience designing Data Cloud data streams, DMOs, identity resolution rulesets, Calculated Insights, and Segments.
- Working familiarity with Tableau and TabNext for analytics and dashboards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms and real-time event ingestion (web/mobile SDK, MuleSoft integration).
- Familiarity with web application architecture (HTTP, REST/SOAP APIs) and SQL/databases (SQL Server, MySQL).
- Financial industry exposure (capital markets, exchange data, mortgage technology) is a plus.
- Additional Salesforce certifications (Agentforce Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, AI Associate/Specialist) are beneficial.
