Job summary

Simform in Ahmedabad, India, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to design, develop and implement scalable Salesforce and Agentforce solutions. You will lead architecture decisions, build AI-powered agents, and drive best practices across projects.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of hands-on Salesforce development or solution architecture experience.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Agentforce.
• Hands-on with Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, agent actions, and at least one Agentforce deployment.
• Proficient in LWC, Apex, Flows, SOQL, SOSL, and Apex Triggers.
• Deep understanding of Sales/Service Cloud, Security Model, Data Model, and Platform Architecture.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external apps via REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
• Track record designing scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

• Define solution architecture, integration strategies, and development standards for Salesforce implementations.

• Build reusable components, frameworks, and best practices for Salesforce development.

• Mentor and guide Salesforce developers through technical discussions, code reviews, and solution design.

• Contribute to building and strengthening the organizations Salesforce and Agentforce capabilities, including helping scale the team.

• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, Agentforce capabilities, and AI innovations to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce development and/or solution architecture.

• Strong experience with Salesforce Agentforce.

• Hands‑on experience with Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, agent actions, and at least one production or pilot Agentforce deployment.

• Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Salesforce Flows, SOQL, SOSL, and Apex Triggers.

• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Security Model, Data Model, and Platform Architecture.

• Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other integration technologies.

• Experience designing and implementing scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce development best practices, governance, code quality, and deployment processes.

• Experience mentoring developers and leading Salesforce implementation projects.

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect, or AI/Agentforce certifications are preferred.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
