Job summary

Milestone Technologies in Hyderabad is seeking a Salesforce Developer with 2–5 years of experience to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions, leveraging Agentforce for AI-powered experiences.

You will work with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and APIs, integrate Agentforce components, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable automation while adhering to security and best practices.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and customizations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer with 2-5 years of experience in Salesforce platform development and hands-on exposure to Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions while leveraging Agentforce to create intelligent, AI-powered customer and employee experiences.

• Experience integrating Agentforce with Salesforce business processes and automation workflows.
• Understanding of AI-powered customer service, sales, and productivity solutions.

Integration Skills

• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of Platform Events and Salesforce Integration Patterns.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications and third-party systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
• Salesforce AI Associate Certification.

• Experience with: Service Cloud Sales Cloud Experience Cloud Data Cloud (good to have)
• Familiarity with Git, DevOps, CI/CD tools, Copado, or Gearset.
