Job summary

Simform - Product Engineering Company in India seeks a senior Salesforce Architect to design, build, and lead the rollout of Agentforce-based solutions. You will drive architecture, mentor developers, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce implementations.

You will stay current with Salesforce releases, AI innovations, and scale the team’s Agentforce capabilities, ensuring best practices and governance across projects.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years hands-on experience in Salesforce development and/or solution architecture.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Agentforce.
• Hands-on experience with Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, agent actions, and at least one production or pilot Agentforce deployment.
• Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Salesforce Flows, SOQL, SOSL, and Apex Triggers.
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Security Model, Data Model, and Platform Architecture.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other integration technologies.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce development best practices, governance, code quality, and deployment processes.
• Experience mentoring developers and leading Salesforce implementation projects.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect, or AI/Agentforce certifications are preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
