Darwinbox Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd. is seeking an experienced banking sales professional to drive CASA acquisition and cross-sell a range of financial products in Chennai. You will focus on acquiring higher CASA variants and CASA AMB in accounts sourced monthly, while ensuring compliance and risk controls.

You will maintain strong customer relationships, adhere to KYC and Yes Personality guidelines, and timely escalate issues. You will also complete MIS reports as part of regular duties.

Qualifications

• 5–11 years of relevant experience in financial services or banking.
• Experience in acquiring higher CASA variants and cross-selling financial products.
• Knowledge of KYC processes and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Acquire higher CASA variants and CASA AMB in monthly accounts.
• Cross-sell Life Insurance, mutual funds, Gold, Trade/FX, and asset products.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Ensure adherence to Yes Personality guidelines and bank policies.
• Support timely MIS reporting and issue escalation.
