SELLABILITY in Pune is seeking Senior Sales Executives- Commercial to join the real estate sales team. You will handle leads, interact with customers, conduct site visits, and convert enquiries into bookings, focusing on commercial properties.

The role requires 2-5 years in Pune's commercial/retail sales, with strong knowledge of costing, area calculations, and office/showroom sales. This is a full-time, on-site position based in West Pune.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in commercial or residential+commercial sales in Pune.
• Deep understanding of costing, area calculations and sales for retail shops/showrooms/offices.
• Prior real estate commercial sales experience is mandatory.
• Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups effectively.

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executives- Commercial to join our real estate sales team. The role involves handling leads, interacting with customers, conducting site visits, and converting enquiries into bookings.

Location: West Pune ( Tathawade/Aundh)

Employment Type: Full-time, 6 days working.

Work Mode: Work from Office.
