Job summary

One75mb HRM Pvt Ltd. is seeking a proactive Freight Forwarding Sales professional in India to generate new business opportunities in logistics and freight forwarding.

You will identify shippers, exporters, importers and corporate clients, manage Shipper Sales, and build a strong customer pipeline. You will sell Ocean and Air Freight solutions, understand import/export shipments, and coordinate with operations and pricing teams to ensure smooth shipments.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Freight Forwarding Sales experience.
• Hands-on experience in Shipper Sales.
• Experience generating new business/revenue.
• Good understanding of Ocean Freight and Air Freight.
• Knowledge of Import and Export shipments.
• Strong client acquisition and relationship-management skills.
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics.

• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain proper sales pipeline and customer follow‑up records.
• Support customers with solutions involving Customs, Transportation and Warehousing.
