Thompsons Hr Consulting is seeking a seasoned Sales/Business Development professional for Chennai region. You will drive lead generation, engage with builders, contractors, consultants, architects and industrial clients, and convert quotations into orders.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits is essential. Applicants should have 5+ years in Sales/BD with exposure to PEB, structural steel, construction or related industrial projects.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Sales / Business Development

- B.E/B.Tech/Diploma Civil / Mechanical / Structural or MBA Sales
- Experience dealing with Builders, Contractors, Consultants, Architects, Developers, Industrial Clients
- Strong lead generation + client acquisition
- Experience in quotation, negotiation and order conversion
- Willing to travel for client meetings/site visits
- Can independently handle Enquiry Quotation Negotiation PO/WO
