Job summary

Premier Bars Limited is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) division. The candidate should fuse strong technical understanding with commercial acumen to independently drive business growth and win key projects.

You will build relationships with architects, structural engineers, contractors and industrial clients, lead sales strategies, coordinate with design and project teams, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deliveries and collections.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of sales and business development experience in PEB or steel structures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or MBA in Sales & Marketing.
• Age 35–40 years.
• Strong networking across construction and industrial sectors.
• Ability to work independently and own business growth.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
