Job summary

Kirby Building Systems - A group company of Alghanim Industries is seeking an experienced site execution lead to oversee erection work across multiple project sites. You will manage timelines, coordinate with head office for materials, and ensure seamless client and consultant interactions for smooth transitions.

The role requires extensive travel within the region, strong leadership, and a proven track record in civil/architectural drawings interpretation, with emphasis on safety and quality

Qualifications

• 12+ years in preferably in PEB companies / Project Selling / Construction Equipment management.
• Ability to read Civil and Architectural drawings.
• Strong site management and execution planning skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee erection and supervision of work as per project timelines.
• Coordinate material requirements with head office for sites.
• Liaise with clients/consultants at project locations to ensure smooth handover.
• Ensure quality and safety at all project sites in the region.
• Train builders/contractors and project teams.
• Review and monitor contractor bills and processing.

JOB SUMMARY

• Incumbent must be able to develop , maintain Controls and Plan various activities viz. site management, Execution, Planning and completion of the job within stipulated timelines at project site.
• Incumbent must be a team player and able to lead them effectively.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall responsibility of erection and supervision of work as per the timelines.
• Responsible for material requirements at site and to coordinate with head office for materials.
• Overall responsibility for Co-ordination with client/consultants at project location for smooth transition of work without any hassles.
• Overall responsibility to ensure Quality of work and safety at all the project sites in the region.
• Overall responsibility of training the builders/contractors and team under him.
• Review & monitor the bills of contractors and get them processed.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Emphasis on Customer relations management and customer service.

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES

1. Technically strong in understanding and interpret Civil and Architectural drawings.

2.Computer Skills i.e. Proficiency in MS Office viz PowerPoint, Excel and Word

3. Thorough Knowledge in Structural civil works.

4. Travel extensively to various sites situated in the region.
