Job summary

TechRays in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Senior Sales Coordinator to manage sales operations, liaise between customers and internal teams, and support the sales force to meet targets.

Senior Sales Coordinator

Job Title : Senior Sales Coordinator

Location : Unit No-9, Ground Floor ,Building No-2/A3,Sector No.1, Millenium Business Park, Mahape MIDC,Thane Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400710

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Senior Sales Coordinator to manage sales operations, ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams, and support the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Lead Management

• Follow up with new and pending leads and support in converting opportunities into sales.
• Maintain and update lead status in CRM / Odoo.
• Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, proposals, and closures.

2. Payment & Collection Management

• Regular follow-up for pending payments and collections.
• Prepare, maintain, and update the collection report.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for payment reconciliation.

3. Task & Team Coordination

• Review and assign morning tasks to the team.
• Collect and review EOD (End of Day) work reports on a daily basis.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

4. Customer Support

• Act as a point of contact for customers for any queries or issues.
• Resolve customer concerns by directly communicating and coordinating with relevant departments.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Update and review daily reports in Odoo.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and customer communications.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and collection reports for management.
