Job summary

Lenskart in Delhi is seeking a store operations professional to drive sales, lead a team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences at our retail outlets.

You will ensure high standards of visual merchandising, manage inventory and stock replenishment, handle customer queries, and monitor daily performance and conversions.

Graduate in any discipline with at least two years of experience is required; immediate joiners are preferred and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in any role.
• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Experience in optical, fashion, footwear, apparel, or similar retail industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales targets and achieve revenue goals
• Lead, motivate, and supervise store team for customer experience
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
• Handle customer queries and escalations to ensure satisfaction
• Monitor daily store performance, productivity, and conversion
• Manage store inventory and stock replenishment

• Manage store inventory, stock levels, and ensure proper stock replenishment
• Ensure adherence to company policies, operational processes, and compliance standards

Preferred candidate profile
