Lenskart in India is seeking a Sales Associate to be the face of the brand, engaging customers and guiding them through our eyewear range.

You will help customers select frames and lenses, support sales targets with product knowledge and promotions, and ensure smooth store operations and after-sales service.

Freshers welcome; excellent communication and presentation are valued, with fast growth in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Education: 12th pass or Graduate.
• Experience: Freshers welcome; prior experience in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident and presentable.
• Aptitude: Strong customer-handling and sales orientation.
