Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Relationship Manager role based in Brahmapur. The Senior Relationship Manager will build and manage long-term relationships with customers, understand their insurance needs, and recommend suitable products across categories. Responsibilities include guiding customers through policy selection and purchase, handling queries and concerns, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience. The role involves collaborating with internal sales, operations, and support teams to resolve issues, track leads, and achieve revenue and customer satisfaction targets. The Senior Relationship Manager will also monitor market trends, provide feedback on customer preferences, and contribute to process improvements that enhance service quality and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management, client servicing, and customer engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
• Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience meeting targets, managing leads, and converting prospects in financial services or related domains.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and local languages, with clear, respectful, and professional interpersonal skills.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving capabilities to understand customer needs, assess product options, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Comfort working with digital tools, CRM systems, and online platforms to manage customer data, track interactions, and report performance.
