Job summary

Policybazaar in India seeks a proactive field sales professional to recruit and engage local agent partners in Tamil Nadu, Madurai district. You will drive insurance sales by building strong relationships and conducting regular field visits.

The role requires self-motivation, comfort with fieldwork, and the ability to set weekly targets and train partners on our PBPartners portal and app.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0-3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in Agency/Channel sales.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
• Must be comfortable with fieldwork and target-based responsibilities.
• Self-driven, with the ability to work independently as an individual contributor
