Job summary

Axis Finance Limited is seeking a skilled professional focused on Business Development and Client Acquisition in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will identify and acquire new corporate relationships and build a robust pipeline of asset finance opportunities in sectors such as Education, Healthcare, Pharma, and Hotels.

This role involves acting as the main contact for assigned zones and forming long-term partnerships with key decision makers. A CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new large corporate relationships.
• Focus on Education, Healthcare, Pharma and Hotel sectors.
• Build a strong pipeline of asset finance opportunities.
• Create structures per client requirements and design the corresponding term sheet.
• Act as single point of contact for assigned zone.
• Build long-term relationships with promoters, CFOs, finance teams and key decision makers.
• Conduct regular client visits.
• Perform credit and financial analysis.
• Present the case to IP Committee.
• Manage revenue and profitability of the zone.

Qualifications
