Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and profitability.
• Lead field marketing activities to improve brand visibility.
• Plan and monitor branch marketing to ensure healthy lead pipeline and conversions.
• Engage with customers for new acquisitions and retain existing customers.
• Ensure accurate valuation of gold ornaments and compliance with policies.
• Safeguard pledged securities as joint custodian of the vault.
• Monitor NPAs and collect interests through follow-ups.
• Hire, coach, and train staff with timely performance feedback.
• Prepare reports and drive branch growth and performance.
• Increase gold loan and other products like NCDs and gold coins.
• Maintain 100% process compliance in valuations and audits.

Job Summary

\"This position is open with Bajaj finance limited\". The Branch manager is a managerial responsibility for providing full leadership and direction to the team of employees in growing business and client base of consumer gold loan. The overall objective of this role is to build customer loyalty and recommend the development of business strategies or initiatives and may include the management of activities by external organizations, and the direct management of individuals.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall branch operations,performance profitability of the branch.
• Drive participate in field-marketing activities of various financial products along with the team to improve brand visibility
• Plan,conduct monitor the branch field level marketing activities to ensure health pipeline of leads resulting into business conversion branch growth
• Focus on customer engagement for new customer acquisitions retainment of old customers
• Conducting error free valuation appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance
• Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of of pledged securities as per company policies
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customers for interest collections
• Good planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
• Hiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance
• Maintaining quality performance of the business, preparing various reports of the same and take necessary actions for growth of business in branch
• Increase Gold Loan business, plus various other third-party products i.e., NCD's, Gold Coins sale etc.
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customers for interest collections.
• Responsible for correct valuation maintenance of 100% process compliance at branch.
• Manage error free valuation appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education Skill Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree/Post-graduation Degree preferred.
• Previous experience in gold loan banking, gold loan products, management or client service preferred.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
