Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Overall branch operations management and profitability.

• Plan and monitor branch field marketing to maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and growth.
• Focus on customer engagement for new acquisitions and retention of existing customers.
• Conduct valuation appraisal of gold ornaments pledged in branch with weight and purity assessment per policy and compliance.
• Joint custodian of the Vault for safekeeping of pledged securities.
• Keep NPAs under control through follow-ups for interest collections.
• Plan and develop cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
• Hire, coach, mentor and train employees and provide timely feedback on performance.
• Maintain quality performance, prepare reports and take actions for growth.
• Increase Gold Loan business and other third-party products (NCDs, Gold Coins).
• Ensure 100% process compliance in valuation maintenance.

Job Summary

This position is open with Bajaj Finance Limited. The branch manager is a managerial responsibility for providing full leadership and direction to the team of employees in growing the business and client base of consumer gold loan. The overall objective of this role is to build customer loyalty and recommend the development of business strategies or initiatives, and may include the management of activities by external organizations and the direct management of individuals.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall branch operations, performance profitability of the branch.
• Drive participate in field-marketing activities of various financial products along with the team to improve brand visibility.
• Plan, conduct, monitor the branch field level marketing activities to ensure healthy pipeline of leads resulting into business conversion and branch growth.
• Focus on customer engagement for new customer acquisitions retainment of old customers.
• Conducting error free valuation appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance.
• Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of pledged securities as per company policies.
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customers for interest collections.
• Good planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
• Hiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance.
• Maintaining quality performance of the business, preparing various reports of the same and take necessary actions for growth of business in the branch.
• Increase Gold Loan business, plus various other third-party products i.e., NCDs, Gold Coins sale etc.
• Responsible for correct valuation maintenance of 100% process compliance at branch.
