Trigent Software in Bengaluru, Karnataka is seeking a Sr. Recruitment Specialist to support the recruiting team and accelerate placement of qualified candidates.

You will source candidates via social networks and portfolios, pre-screen, coordinate with hiring managers, send outreach emails, and build a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist, including 1+ year in international recruitment (US/UK/Australia).
• Familiarity with social networks, resume databases and professional sites.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, especially business email writing.

• Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements
• Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates
• Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles
• Contact past applicants for new job opportunities
• Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
• Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases
• Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
• Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill

Requirements

• Min 4+ Years of Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, with minimum 1+ years exp into International Recruitment (US / UK / Australian)
• Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
• Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
