Role & responsibilities

Recruitment

• Manage end to end recruitment processes, from understanding role requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, interview coordination and closure.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, job portals, professional networks and other relevant channels.
• Research and identify candidates who match specific role requirements.
• Review and screen CVs based on experience, qualifications, location, compensation and other relevant criteria.
• Conduct candidate calls to assess suitability, interest, availability, compensation expectations and relevant experience.
• Maintain regular communication and follow ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and ensure timely follow ups at each stage.
• Track candidate progress, interview feedback, notice periods, offers and joining status.
• Build and maintain accurate candidate pipelines and talent databases
• Conduct talent mapping and research for current and future hiring requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and ensure candidate information is updated regularly.
• Follow up with candidates and clients to keep hiring processes moving within defined timelines.
• Support offer discussions, joining coordination and post offer follow ups where required.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.
• Take ownership of assigned recruitment mandates and work towards meeting defined targets and timelines.

Prior recruitment experience is preferred, but candidates with strong communication, research and organisational skills who are willing to learn may also be considered.
