Job summary

Vision India Services in Chennai is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive/Sr. Executive to handle recruitment in manufacturing and engineering sectors. The role requires proven experience in plant recruitment and excellent stakeholder management.

You will partner with client locations, drive end-to-end recruitment from selection to joining, and support on-site staffing at client plants across Tamil Nadu. This is a full-time, temporary/contractual position based at the client site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing, engineering or plant recruitment.
• Strong communication, persuasion, candidate counselling and stakeholder management.
• Selection-to-joining and client-site staffing experience.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for manufacturing/engineering roles.
• Coordinate from candidate selection through joining with client plants.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely onboarding at client locations.
