Job summary

Vision India Services is seeking a recruitment professional in Bengaluru to manage end-to-end hiring for both technical and non-technical roles. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, and drive offer discussions and salary negotiations with candidates.

You will also support onboarding and maintain recruitment reports and analytics to enable data-driven hiring decisions. This full-time position sits in Bengaluru and offers a contractual/temporary option depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR/IR or equivalent required.
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of recruitment analytics and onboarding processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
• Source and screen candidates to build a strong talent pool.
