Job summary

AMS in Chennai seeks an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and develop proactive sourcing strategies to meet evolving hiring needs.

On-site role at Irungattukottai, Chennai. You’ll coordinate with sourcing and operations teams, ensure a positive candidate experience, and support workforce planning and hiring forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer closure.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and provide recruitment advisory.
• Develop sourcing and attraction strategies aligned with market trends and hiring needs.
• Conduct vacancy intake meetings and define hiring plans, timelines, and selection processes.
• Partner with sourcing teams to identify, review, and shortlist high-quality candidates.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage offer rollout, candidate closing, and onboarding coordination.
• Collaborate with sourcing and operations teams to ensure SLA adherence and seamless delivery.
• Support workforce planning, talent pooling, and hiring forecasts.
