Job summary

AMS is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end technology hiring in a hybrid setup from the client location. The role focuses on SAP/ERP, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Architecture talent, with hands-on Workday recruitment and ATS usage.

You will drive stakeholder management, negotiate offers, and leverage market intelligence to fill niche roles while contributing to a diverse and inclusive culture that AMS champions.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of IT recruitment experience in a corporate or large-scale hiring environment.
• Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment across multiple technology domains.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Confident, vocal, and proactive with negotiation experience.
• Hands-on experience with ATS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technology hiring (SAP/ERP, Cybersecurity & Information Security, Infrastructure, Service Ownership, and Solution Architecture).
• Work in a hybrid model from the client location, ensuring close collaboration with client stakeholders.
• Demonstrate delivery excellence with RPO and long-term relationships.
• Hands-on experience with Workday recruitment platform and other ATS.
• Showcase expertise in stakeholder management and building lasting relationships.
• Lead offer management, negotiation, and compensation discussions.
