You will own end-to-end recruitment across Europe and the USA, collaborating with business leaders and delivery teams to attract top talent for engineering, automation, digital manufacturing, and life sciences projects.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruitment experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience recruiting across European and/or US markets.
• Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities.
• Experience in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Automation, or Technical Recruitment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across Europe and the USA.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Drive offer negotiations and candidate engagement.
• Support hiring for niche and hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Maintain ATS records and recruitment reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver quality hires within aggressive timelines.

About the Role
