Job summary

AMS is seeking an Early Careers Talent Development Programs Manager to help design and execute training programs for Analysts and Associates. The role collaborates with subject matter experts and external vendors to deliver programs for incoming and existing employees.

Key responsibilities include managing partnerships, budgeting, and driving program improvements through data analysis and focus groups, in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Should have Program Management experience
• Learning and development design experience is good to have
• Strong with excel and data analysis
• Detail oriented with organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Exceptional writing and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and develop relationships within a complex matrix management structure

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and execute Intern and Full-Time hires professional skills programs (incl. content and schedule development)
• Manage internal stakeholder and external vendor partnerships
• Support Analyst and Associate continuing education initiatives
• Lead evaluation and innovation of program, incl. focus groups and data analysis to identify program gaps and produce key highlights
• Contract management and budget creation
• Participate in select projects related to Program Management, Recruiting, Talent Development, and other business-driven training engagements

The Early Careers Talent Development Programs Manager will be responsible for aiding in the development and execution of training programs for Analysts and Associates.
