Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in a dedicated recruitment role, with demonstrated experience supporting the Renewable Energy (Solar/ Wind) and/or Construction domains.
• Proven track record of successfully filling challenging roles across various functions.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools, including ATS systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
