Edifice Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is a leading design consultancy delivering large-scale, complex architectural and interior projects across India. We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to who can help us in estimation, BOQ preparation, tender documentation, and quantity management across architectural and interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in accordance with design specifications.
• Prepare accurate technical specifications for tender documents.
• Ensure correct quantity estimation in accordance with the Letter of Agreement (LOA).
• Review design requirements and translate them into accurate quantities, estimates, and tender documentation.
• Support the preparation and review of tender documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Provide timely and proactive support to internal customers at all levels in relation to estimation, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer, market updates, and information sharing within the organization.
• Handle estimation and BOQ preparation for Government projects, with specific experience in preparing Government project BOQs as per CPWD requirements.
• Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure estimates and quantities are aligned with the approved design and project requirements.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency in all estimation and quantity-related documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of estimation practices, standards, and knowledge within the organization.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum B.E. in Civil/Construction Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 15-20 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in architecture and interior design projects, with exposure to at least two complete project cycles.
• Strong experience in estimation, BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and tender documentation.
• Experience in handling Government projects and preparing CPWD-based Government project BOQs is essential.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of design specifications, quantities, technical specifications, and project agreements.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
