Job summary

Hero FinCorp is seeking a Software Quality Lead with 8+ years of experience to steer Quality Engineering across Salesforce, web, mobile, APIs, and enterprise integrations. The role owns the quality strategy, automation, testing standards, and continuous improvement of the application landscape.

Responsibilities include defining end-to-end QA strategy, driving comprehensive testing types, designing scalable automation frameworks, and integrating them into CI/CD.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Software QA / Quality Engineering with leadership experience.
• Strong experience with Salesforce application testing and enterprise integrations.
• Proven track record in web and iOS/Android mobile application testing.
• Hands-on in test automation, API testing, SQL, and CI/CD.
• Experience with Selenium, OpKey, Cypress, Appium or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of Agile, DevOps, SDLC, risk-based testing, and quality metrics.

• Evaluate Generative AI and AI-agent-based testing approaches to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Monitor quality metrics, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor QA/QE engineers and communicate quality risks and readiness to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the end-to-end QA/Quality Engineering strategy across Salesforce, web and mobile applications.
• Lead functional, integration, regression, API, mobile, performance, and end-to-end testing.
• Design and scale test automation frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Establish quality gates, release criteria, metrics, and risk-based testing practices.

• Mentor QA/QE engineers and provide technical and strategic leadership.
• Communicate quality risks, release readiness, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Software QA / Quality Engineering, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong experience with Salesforce application testing and enterprise integrations.
• Proven experience in web and iOS/Android mobile application testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with test automation, API testing, SQL, and CI/CD.
• Experience with tools/frameworks such as Selenium, OpKey, Cypress, Appium, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, SDLC, risk-based testing, and quality metrics.
• Practical experience applying AI/Generative AI to software testing and QA.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
