Job summary

Jobtailor seeks aQuality Engineer to design and execute test strategies for Salesforce Sales Cloud. You will develop automated and manual test cases for Opportunity Management, Sales Automation, and Forecast Management, ensuring end-to-end integrity of sales workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on QA experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud required.
• Experience with Opportunity Management, Sales Automation, Forecast Management, and Territory Planning.
• Proficient in automated testing using Selenium or Provar.
• Experience with Jira or TestRail for defect tracking and test management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.

• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for Salesforce Sales Cloud modules, including Opportunity Management, Sales Automation, and Forecast Management
• Develop, maintain, and optimize automated and manual test cases to validate business processes and integrations within Sales Cloud
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure sales workflows and territory planning meet quality standards and business requirements
• Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools, driving resolution and continuous improvement
• Perform regression, functional, and integration testing across Salesforce Sales Cloud features

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience, including hands-on quality engineering within Salesforce Sales Cloud
