Job summary

Ness Group is seeking a Salesforce QA Engineer (1–2 years) to support testing for Service Cloud in a hybrid role based in Mumbai. You will execute test cases, help automation efforts, and ensure quality across releases under guidance from senior QA staff.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of QA experience, preferably in Salesforce environments.
• Foundational Salesforce Service Cloud knowledge and testing exposure.
• Basic understanding of test automation tools and agile processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and executing test cases for Salesforce Service Cloud apps and integrations.
• Support regression, functional, and integration testing activities.
• Maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, CRT, or similar frameworks.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and product owners in an Agile setting to validate requirements.
• Log and track defects using Jira or Copado DevOps.
• Test Salesforce components including Apex classes, LWC, Visualforce, workflows, and flows.
• Support test data preparation and basic test environment setup.
• Contribute to QA documentation and test artifacts.

About the Role
