Job summary

Qualys, Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Quality Assurance Engineer based in Pune. The role requires 7–10 years of QA experience with strong testing across Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, and CPQ Clouds.

You will design, implement, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver or Playwright for Salesforce apps and integrations. You will collaborate with developers, QA, product owners, and project managers in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes

• Write and maintain clear, reusable test cases, test scripts, and supporting documentation.
• Analyze business and technical requirements, providing actionable feedback on specifications, design, and integration flows.
• Execute and evaluate manual and automated test results, ensuring defects are logged, tracked, and resolved in collaboration with development teams.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product owners, and project managers to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and drive resolution of software defects across Salesforce and connected applications.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and process improvement.
• Actively engage in Agile ceremonies and support cross-functional collaboration to drive efficient project delivery.
• Stay current with evolving test automation tools, Salesforce release updates, and industry best practices.
