Sun360 is seeking a proactive Senior Procurement Associate to source quality materials, negotiate with vendors, manage purchase orders, and coordinate with technical and warehouse teams to keep projects on track.

The role requires a degree in relevant fields, 3+ years in procurement, strong negotiation, vendor management, ERP knowledge (Tally), and willingness to travel locally. The position also involves supporting warehouse activities and cost analysis.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of sourcing practices, vendor evaluation, and supply chain procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for solar and electrical materials.
• Compare vendor offers and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.

Requirements

• BCom, BCA, Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering.
• 3+ years of experiencein procurement/purchasing, ideally in the solar, electrical, or construction sectors.
• Female candidates preferred?
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of procurement software and basic understanding ofERP systems(Tally preferred).
• Good knowledge of sourcing practices, vendor evaluation, and supply chain procedures.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Konkani (preferred).
• Prior experience in solar or machinery-related industries is an advantage.
• Valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel locally when needed.
