Vashi Integrated Solutions is seeking a procurement professional in Navi Mumbai to handle end-to-end purchasing of solar materials. The role focuses on sourcing vendors, negotiating terms, and managing the P2P lifecycle to ensure timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in procurement, strong vendor coordination, and communication/negotiation skills. Prior solar product sourcing is preferred, with a graduate degree required.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement.
• Experience in sourcing and purchasing solar products/materials is preferred.
• Good knowledge of vendor management and price negotiation.
• Understanding of the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process.
• Strong vendor coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle end-to-end purchasing and procurement of solar materials and products.
• Identify, source, and develop vendors for solar products and industrial materials.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines with vendors.
• Manage the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate with Marts for solar material requirements, availability, order status, and timely deliveries.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Compare quotations, evaluate vendor pricing, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and procurement-related reports.
