About the Role
Painterior Group is looking for an experienced and highly capable Senior Project Manager – Corporate Interiors to lead and manage large-scale corporate interior projects from planning and pre-construction through execution, finishing and final handover.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Take complete responsibility for end-to-end execution of corporate interior projects.
- Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, schedules and contractual requirements.
- Prepare and monitor detailed project execution plans and timelines.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed **time, cost and quality parameters**.
- Identify potential project risks and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and milestones.
2. Corporate Interior Execution
- Lead execution of high-end corporate office and commercial interior projects.
- Manage civil, interior finishing, false ceiling, flooring, partitions, carpentry, painting, furniture and other interior works.
- Coordinate MEP services including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, fire alarm, ELV and other building services.
- Ensure proper coordination between architectural, interior design and MEP drawings.
- Ensure execution is carried out strictly as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
3. Site & Team Management
- Lead and manage project managers, site engineers, supervisors, foremen and subcontractors.
- Plan manpower and resources according to project requirements.
- Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.
- Ensure effective coordination between design, procurement, commercial and execution teams.
- Build a strong site execution culture focused on quality, safety and productivity.
- Act as the senior point of contact for clients during project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, PMC teams, consultants and client representatives.
- Attend project review meetings and present progress, issues and action plans.
- Manage client expectations and ensure timely resolution of project-related issues.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify, evaluate and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and specialist agencies.
- Ensure contractors understand drawings, specifications, scope and quality requirements.
- Monitor contractor performance, productivity and work quality.
- Ensure timely mobilization and deployment of manpower and resources.
- Resolve site-level coordination and execution issues with contractors.
6. Procurement & Material Management
- Coordinate with procurement teams for timely availability of project materials.
- Review material specifications and ensure materials comply with approved standards.
- Monitor material requirements, delivery schedules and site consumption.
- Minimize material wastage and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
7. Cost & Commercial Control
- Monitor project budgets and execution costs.
- Review BOQs, work orders, rate analysis and subcontractor quotations.
- Coordinate with the commercial team for measurements, RA bills, variations and final accounts.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Control project variations and additional works through proper approvals.
8. Quality Control
- Establish and maintain high standards of workmanship and finishing.
- Ensure mock-ups and samples are approved before mass execution.
- Conduct regular quality inspections.
- Ensure all finishing works meet project specifications and client expectations.
- Drive snagging, rectification and final quality closure before handover.
9. Project Handover
- Plan and manage project completion and handover activities.
- Ensure all snags and punch points are closed within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning and documentation wherever applicable.
- Ensure submission of as-built drawings, warranties, manuals and other handover documents.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a **hands‑on senior professional** who combines strong project management skills with deep practical knowledge of interior execution and finishing.
Required Experience
- **12–15+ years of overall experience** in interior execution / project management.
- Strong experience in **corporate offices, commercial interiors, premium residential or hospitality projects**.
- Proven experience managing large-scale interior projects from start to handover.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing and construction methodologies.
- Experience managing multiple contractors, vendors and site teams.
- Experience dealing directly with clients, consultants and PMC teams.
Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong knowledge of corporate interior execution.
- Excellent understanding of drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation, costing and billing.
- Good understanding of MEP coordination.
- Strong project planning and scheduling skills.
- Strong vendor and subcontractor management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
- Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera and MS Excel would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to understand technical drawings is essential.

Educational Qualification
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
Relevant extensive industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who has **grown through the execution side of the interiors industry** and can independently manage a project rather than only supervise individual activities.
We are particularly interested in professionals who have successfully delivered **large corporate offices, commercial spaces, premium residences, hotels or other high‑value interior projects** and are comfortable managing clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
**This is a leadership role for a person who can take complete ownership of project delivery.**
