Job summary

360 Interior Designs is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end interior projects for commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors. You will drive PMC-led coordination among clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.

The role requires strong oversight of schedules, budgets, procurement, and risk management, with proactive site governance and comprehensive reporting to management and clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience in PMC for interior and fit-out projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of commercial, retail, and hospitality projects.
  • Strong understanding of civil, interior, architectural, MEP, furniture, and finishing works.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end commercial, retail, and hospitality interior projects from planning through completion and handover.
  • Lead projects from a PMC perspective with coordination between clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, execution plans, and resource requirements.
  • Review drawings, BOQs, design documents, shop drawings, and material specifications.
  • Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP and other consultants and contractors.
  • Monitor site progress, identify delays and risks, conduct site inspections and review meetings.
  • Ensure contractors execute work per drawings, specs, quality standards, and project requirements.
  • Monitor civil, interior, MEP, furniture, finishing, and allied works.
  • Review and track contractor work programs, manpower deployment, material availability, and productivity.
  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely material availability at site.
  • Monitor project budgets, variations, measurements, certifications, and commercial aspects.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation and recovery plans.
  • Document RFIs, approvals, drawings, material submissions, MOMs, progress reports, and correspondence.
  • Monitor quality standards and close defects, snags, and non-conformities.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly project progress reports and MIS to management and clients.
  • Manage client expectations and resolve project-related issues.
  • Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging and final handover.

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead projects from a PMC perspective, ensuring effective coordination between clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

  • Develop and monitor detailed project schedules, milestones, execution plans, and resource requirements.

  • Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, design documents, shop drawings, and material specifications.

  • Coordinate with Architects, Interior Designers, MEP Consultants, Structural Consultants, Contractors, and Vendors.

  • Monitor site progress against approved project schedules and identify delays, risks, and critical activities.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings.

  • Ensure contractors execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

  • Monitor civil, interior, MEP, furniture, finishing, and allied works.

  • Review and track contractor work programs, manpower deployment, material availability, and productivity.

  • Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials at site.

  • Monitor project budgets, BOQs, variations, measurements, certifications, and commercial aspects in coordination with the Commercial team.

  • Identify project risks and develop appropriate mitigation and recovery plans.

  • Ensure proper documentation of RFIs, approvals, drawings, material submissions, MOMs, progress reports, and project correspondence.

  • Monitor quality standards and ensure timely closure of defects, snags, and non-conformities.

  • Ensure compliance with project-specific HSE and statutory requirements.

  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly project progress reports and MIS to management and clients.

  • Manage client expectations and resolve project-related technical and execution issues.

  • Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, rectification, and final handover of projects.

  • Ensure timely project closure and completion of all handover documentation.


PMC-Specific Responsibilities


  • Establish and maintain project governance and reporting mechanisms.

  • Review and monitor contractor schedules and recovery plans.

  • Track project progress through planned vs. actual analysis.

  • Review contractor claims, measurements, variations, and progress bills.

  • Conduct coordination and progress meetings with all stakeholders.

  • Monitor consultant and contractor deliverables against agreed timelines.

  • Maintain project risk registers and issue trackers.

  • Ensure proper change management and approval of scope variations.

  • Provide regular management updates on cost, time, quality, risk, and project progress.


Preferred candidate profile


  • Strong experience in PMC / Project Management Consultancy for interior and fit-out projects.

  • Excellent knowledge of commercial, retail, and hospitality projects.

  • Strong understanding of civil, interior, architectural, MEP, furniture, and finishing works.

  • Ability to interpret AutoCAD drawings, BOQs, specifications, shop drawings, and project schedules.

  • Strong contractor, consultant, and client management skills.

  • Excellent project planning, coordination, and execution capabilities.

  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling and monitoring tools.

  • Good understanding of cost control, variation management, billing, and project documentation.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively under tight deadlines.
