Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review business processes end-to-end and identify operational, financial, and technology risks.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs.
• Prioritize requirements with business and technology teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project delivery.
• Manage project scope, schedules, priorities, and deliverables.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support quality improvement and data management initiatives.
