Citigroup Inc. in Pune seeks an experienced Business Senior Analyst to bridge business users and technologists, driving Enterprise Application enhancements and program management within Technology and Supply Chain.

You will lead planning, Agile ceremonies, and stakeholder alignment, leveraging 8–11 years in project management and business analysis, with PMP/SAFe and Oracle ERP Financial modules experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Job description

The Business Senior Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.

Job Responsibilities:

The candidate will execute a wide range of Enterprise Application enhancements / Implementations / upgrade and support activities within Technology Organization / Supply Chain functions, both quantitative and qualitative in nature to support program management.

Project Manager Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and roadmaps.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, technology, operations, and vendors.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, quality standards, and budget.
• Facilitate decision-making by providing project insights, metrics, and recommendations.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations throughout project execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance, change management, and delivery frameworks.
• Will be responsible for working with Operations/Finance and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge on AI tools, application of AI enablement for P2P processes

Scrum Master Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
• Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and blockers impacting team productivity and sprint commitments.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy and prioritized product backlog.
• Foster collaboration, transparency, accountability, and self-organization within the team.
• Monitor sprint progress and ensure delivery commitments are achieved.
• Use Agile metrics such as Velocity, Burndown Charts, and Sprint Health indicators to improve team performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote Agile maturity across teams

Experience

• 8-11 years’ experience in project management
• Experienced Project manager & business analyst in relevant field Oracle ERP Financial modules.
• PMP/SAFE certified Project managers
• Attention to detail to ensure precision of data and overall quality of outputs.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).
• Ability to embrace and master new technologies and changing processes.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision is required, as well as ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Excellent follow-up skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task, strong leadership skills, strong team-orientation and interpersonal skills, flexibility and strong analytical skills.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish rapport and build effective relationships across functions, across regions, and across all levels of management.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and possesses the ability to successfully manage multiple requests in a deadline-driven environment
