Job summary

Cforge is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Program Manager to lead large-scale IT delivery and integration programs at Coforge. The role emphasizes governance, stakeholder engagement, financial oversight, and guiding distributed teams to successful outcomes.

Ideal candidates will manage end-to-end delivery, drive risk management, and ensure alignment with scope, schedule, quality, and budget across complex programs. PMP/PgMP/PRINCE2/SAFe certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT delivery programs or large-scale projects.
• Strong governance and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Financial management including forecasting, budgeting and margins.
